Privacy Policy

Data you give us: name, e-mail, WhatsApp, interests, level-test answers, messages sent to our virtual assistants, to the Master Specialist and to our WhatsApp, and the voice message you record for Rádio Master's DJ for a Day.

Student account: e-mail, name, lesson progress, quiz scores and certificates.

Purchases: processed by Hotmart. Hotmart sends us your name, e-mail and the product bought so we can unlock access. We never receive or store card data.

Site usage: pages visited, device type and essential session cookies. On Rádio Master we count listening time and approximate region (country, state and city provided by the network); we do not store your IP address.

To serve you, recommend courses, unlock purchased courses, issue certificates, answer questions (by people or by AI supervised by the teacher), send VIP List news when you subscribe, air your voice message when you send it to DJ for a Day, and measure audience and site quality.

Legal basis: your consent (forms and VIP List), performance of a contract (purchased courses) and our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and working.

Only with providers needed to run the service: hosting and database (Supabase and the site's hosting platform), e-mail delivery, Hotmart (payments), WhatsApp/Meta when you talk to us there, and AI providers that generate support answers. We do not sell your data.

Data may be stored in the United States or other countries where these providers operate, under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Contact and VIP List data: until you ask to leave. Student data and certificates: while the account exists and as required by law. DJ for a Day voice messages: up to 12 months. Radio statistics: aggregated.

You may request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Every VIP List e-mail has an unsubscribe link.

For any privacy request, message our team on WhatsApp (the “WhatsApp” button in the site footer) with the word “Privacy”. We reply within 15 days.

We use essential cookies and browser storage for login, preferences (language, radio volume) and to remember that you have signed up. Audience is measured in aggregate. You can clear cookies in your browser settings.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), permission-based access control in the database and restricted staff access. No system is 100% immune; if a relevant incident happens, we will notify affected people and authorities where the law requires.

Courses are intended for adults, or for minors with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the version in force.
